Fried Rice
400 g cooked rice, cooled
1/2 cup carrots, chopped
1/2 cup frozen green peas
1/2 cup onion, chopped
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp tamari sauce
1/2 tsp sesame oil
salt and pepper
Slightly soften the carrots in boiling water.
Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onion and carrots for a few minutes.
Add the rice and peas, seasoning with tamari and sesame oil.
Sauté for a few more minutes, finishing with salt and pepper before serving.
